3. Food, Fridge Minder, Expiration Dates, and Food Safety

For food-related apps and features, including Fridge Minder, any food inventory information, expiration dates, freshness estimates, storage suggestions, reminders, recipe ideas, food safety information, or related guidance is provided for convenience and informational purposes only.

Food expiration dates and freshness estimates may be wrong. They may be based on user input, packaging labels, general estimates, AI-generated information, database information, image recognition, barcode information, third-party data, or assumptions that may not match the actual condition of the food.

Food safety depends on many factors, including storage temperature, refrigeration reliability, freezer performance, handling, packaging, contamination, cooking, time, smell, texture, appearance, recalls, and whether the food was opened or prepared. Our apps cannot physically inspect your food and cannot guarantee that any food is safe to eat.

Always inspect food yourself before eating or serving it. Follow official food safety guidance and discard anything that looks, smells, feels, tastes, or seems unsafe. When in doubt, throw it out. Nick's Apps is not responsible for illness, allergic reactions, contamination, spoilage, incorrect expiration estimates, missed reminders, inaccurate inventory, or any other harm related to food decisions.

4. Scam, Security, and Safety Analysis Disclaimer

Apps such as Scam Detector & Analyzer may analyze text, links, messages, emails, or other content to estimate whether something may be a scam, spam, phishing attempt, fraud attempt, or suspicious communication.

Any scam score, confidence score, explanation, classification, warning, or suggestion is informational only and may be incorrect. A real scam may be missed, and a legitimate message may be incorrectly flagged. You are responsible for verifying suspicious messages, links, payment requests, account alerts, and communications through trusted official sources.

Nick's Apps does not provide professional cybersecurity, legal, financial, or fraud-prevention services and is not responsible for financial losses, account compromise, missed scams, incorrect classifications, or actions taken based on app results.

5. Productivity, Notes, Organization, and Reminder Features

Apps such as LifeSnap, Sticky Space, TimeKeeper, Queuing, and other productivity or organization tools may help create, store, organize, summarize, label, schedule, or display information. These features are provided for convenience only.

We do not guarantee that notes, summaries, reminders, timers, queues, labels, generated images, saved preferences, or other app content will always be accurate, available, complete, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for backing up important information and verifying anything important before relying on it.

6. Third-Party Services, Platforms, and Data Sources

Nick's Apps may rely on or interact with third-party services, APIs, AI providers, cloud platforms, analytics tools, app stores, payment processors, authentication providers, databases, barcode databases, notification services, or other external systems.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, inaccurate data, model behavior, service interruptions, pricing changes, security issues, or content generated or provided by third parties. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Where Nick's Apps is operated as a personal, sole-proprietor, trade name, project name, or unincorporated business, all references to Nick's Apps also include Nicholas Franklin Schiffman personally, doing business as Nick's Apps or under any related app, product, website, or project name.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nick's Apps, Nicholas Franklin Schiffman, its owner, developer, publisher, affiliates, partners, contractors, service providers, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our apps or services, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
